Bill Wineman, 71, of Nipomo, California, passed away peacefully in his sleep on August 19th 2024. He is survived by his wife of 48 years Debbie Wineman, his three children Jennifer (Paul), Josh, and Kerrie, his five grandchildren Lacey (Kenton), Kaylee, Madison, Cavin, and Teagan, his two great grandchildren Kolton and Kody, his four siblings Linda (Bob), Susan, Chris (Joanie), and Dennis (Viki) and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Peggie Wineman of Nipomo, his Aunt Lucille (Boo) Wineman, and his nephew Robbie Huguenard. He was a member of numerous team roping associations, The Santa Maria Elks, and The Vaqueros. He was an avid hunter who loved for Deb to get her buck first. He was a very kind and gentle soul.
