#9 Heartland pays $81,120

 Red Dirt WSTR Qualifier – Sept. 6, 2014
Lazy E Arena - Guthrie, OK
The first WSTR event produced by the Lazy E Arena was a success! Doors opened at 7am on Saturday the 6th and ropers poured into the famed Lazy E Arena for their share of a whopping $135,720 purse. When the dust settled, five teams stamped their ticket and qualified for the Word Series of Team Roping Finale in Las Vegas in addition to walking away with wads of cash in their pockets.
Greg Cline and Ralph Taton bested the field in the #9 WSTR Heartland Finale and collected $18,220, 2 Cactus Championships saddles and 2 Custom Gist Buckles. In the Red Dirt #11 special fees Qualifier immediately following the Heartland Finale, Billy Jack Hanson and David Trammel walked away champions earning $17,520 and 2 custom Coats Saddles!
